Answers To Common Questions

FAQ

Straight answers about our services, our process, and what it is like to work with Wall To Wall.

Our Services

Services and project fit

What services does Wall To Wall provide?

Wall To Wall provides drywall installation and finishing, painting, plaster, acoustic ceilings, metal-stud framing, and general contracting. We can perform an individual scope or coordinate several related scopes as one package, depending on the project.

Do you work on residential, multifamily, and commercial projects?

Yes. Our experience includes custom homes, multifamily communities, commercial interiors, tenant improvements, and larger development work. We review each opportunity based on its location, scope, schedule, and overall fit.

Can you match existing textures and finishes?

In many cases, yes. We evaluate the existing surface, texture, material, age, and surrounding conditions before recommending an approach. Because older finishes can change over time, we will also explain any practical limitations before work begins.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Colorado and regularly serve Glenwood Springs, Aspen, Denver, and surrounding areas. For projects outside those core locations, travel and mobilization depend on the project size, scope, and schedule.

Do you handle material sourcing?

Yes. We can source and coordinate materials for the scopes we perform, including procurement and delivery planning. Exact material responsibilities, selections, allowances, and lead times are documented in the proposal or project agreement.

Our Process

Planning through closeout

What does your typical process look like?

We begin by reviewing the plans, site conditions, scope, schedule, and project expectations. From there we confirm pricing and responsibilities, coordinate materials and manpower, complete the work, perform quality checks, and address punch-list or closeout items.

How do you keep projects on schedule?

Scheduling starts before mobilization. We coordinate labor, materials, access, sequencing, and dependencies with the project team, then communicate quickly when field conditions or changes affect the plan.

How do you ensure consistent quality?

All of our advertised scopes are self-performed, which gives us direct control over field execution and accountability. Our team reviews the work throughout the project, coordinates corrections early, and completes a final quality and punch-list review before closeout.

Working With Us

Quotes and project information

How do I request a quote?

Use our Get a Quote form to send your contact information, project type, location, schedule, and a summary of the work. If plans or additional documents are needed, our team will tell you where to send them.

What information should I include with my quote request?

The most useful starting information includes the project address, plans or drawings, requested scopes, approximate square footage, finish requirements, desired schedule, site-access conditions, and the best contact for follow-up questions.

What can I expect after submitting a request?

We review the information for scope and project fit, then reach out if we need plans, measurements, site access, or clarification. Once the requirements are clear, we can discuss scheduling and the appropriate next step toward a proposal.

Do you self-perform the work?

Yes. All scopes presented as Wall To Wall services are self-performed by our team. This helps maintain clearer communication, consistent standards, and direct responsibility from planning through completion.

Subcontractors

Trade-partner opportunities

How do I become a Wall To Wall subcontractor?

Visit our Work With Us page and complete the subcontractor interest form. Tell us about your crew, trades, service area, project experience, availability, insurance status, and references.

What types of subcontractors do you work with?

Needs vary by project, but we are interested in connecting with experienced drywall hanging, finishing and taping, painting, metal-framing, and related specialty interior crews.

What insurance and documentation are required?

Requirements depend on the trade, contract, and project. Subcontractors should expect to provide current business and insurance documentation, references, and any project-specific compliance information requested during qualification and onboarding.

How does subcontractor onboarding work?

We first review your experience, crew capabilities, coverage area, availability, and documentation. If there is a potential fit, we discuss the specific project scope, schedule, pricing structure, contract requirements, and field expectations before work is assigned.

General

Company information

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Wall To Wall holds a general contracting license and maintains commercial general liability, automobile liability, umbrella liability, workers’ compensation, and employers liability coverage. Project-specific certificates or documentation can be provided when required.

Do you offer warranties?

Warranty coverage depends on the project scope, materials, contract, and any applicable manufacturer terms. The coverage that applies to your project will be identified in the proposal or agreement before work begins.

What makes Wall To Wall different?

We combine more than 20 years of industry experience with the accountability of a self-performing team. Our focus is straightforward: understand the scope, communicate clearly, coordinate carefully, and finish the work with the same attention we would expect on our own project.
