The Village at Wintergreen is a dedicated workforce housing neighborhood at 235 Antlers Gulch Road in Keystone, developed across more than 28 acres to support year-round and seasonal employees working in Summit County.
The community includes 196 rental units across long-term, affordable LIHTC, and seasonal housing components, with a pedestrian-friendly layout near Keystone Resort. Wall To Wall supported the multi-building interior scope with drywall installation, tape and finish, drop ceilings, acoustic ceilings, and clean-up across a large multifamily footprint.
